Quentin Othell Wilson was born in Bennettsville, South Carolina on April 19, 1985. He was born the son of Ella Mae Moore and the late Dennis Wilson. He was educated in the public schools of Marlboro County, South Carolina. His spiritual enrichment was received while attending Level Green United Methodist Church located in Bennettsville. He accepted Jesus Christ as his savior early in life. Quentin was a very humble and friendly individual. He enjoyed making others laugh and joking around. He would often jokingly say, "Can I pet that dawg?" and if he was amused by something he would respond "Bam Bam". If he saw anyone upset or feeling down, he would do his best to bring a smile or laughter to that person. The NY Giants was his favorite sports team. At the time of his passing he was employed at McDonald's Restaurant as a cook. On March 14, 2024, Quentin Othell Wilson met his untimely death in Marlboro County, South Carolina. He leaves to cherish his loving memories, but not limited to: his daughter, Quentasia Wilson; his mother, Ella Mae Moore; his sister, Shameka Moore; his brother, Trimaine Johnson; 8 aunts, special aunt, Jennifer Rogers; 4 uncles; 3 nieces: Jaliah Quick and Zorielle Ayers; special niece, Samia Moore of the home; one special nephew, Tyleek Jones of the home; along with other close relatives and friends who will him dearly. A celebration of life will be held Saturday, March 23, 2024- 2:00 p.m. at New Hill Freewill Baptist Church - 195 Highway 79 West- Bennettsville, SC 29512 with burial in the church cemetery. Everyone in attendance is asked to wear facial masks.
