Larry Graham Obituary

Larry Fitzgerald Graham (affectionately called "Spanky") was born in Laurinburg, North Carolina located in Scotland County. His birth took place on August 6, 1977. He was the son of Cynthia Graham and Larry York. He was reared by his paternal grandmother, the late Anna York. Early in life he accepted Jesus Christ as his Savior. He was a lifelong member of Shiloh United Methodist Church. He was educated in the public schools of Marlboro County, South Carolina. Larry was a professional welder by trade. He was also a very talented basketball player. His favorite team was the LA Lakers. He had a special love for cars and motorcycles. He especially enjoyed racing. Larry was very talkative and socializing was one of his favorite things to do. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Wilson Graham and Bertha Lee Graham and his paternal grandmother, Anna York. On February 12, 2024 while in the comfort of his home, Larry F. Graham departed this life. He leaves to cherish his memories, but not limited to: his parents, Cynthia Graham and Larry York; his sister, Shenetta Graham; his brothers, Wendell Graham (Brittany) and Travis York; his aunts, Geraldine Graham, Alice Oliver (Roger), Sue Malachi, Berthena Blackman, Rev. Anna G. Miller, Brenda McLean and Karen McRae (Richard); his uncles, Jerry Rivers (Min. Clarissa), Jimmy Graham (Virginia) and Julian B. Graham; special friend, Annette Quick; a host of nieces, nephews, other close relatives and friends. Tributes maybe posted at Quicksfuneralhome.com or on Facebook at Quick's Funeral Home. A celebration of life will be held Saturday, February 17, 2024-1:00 P.M. at Shiloh United Methodist Church- 2866 Newton Rd- Bennettsville, SC 29512 with burial in the church cemetery. Those in attendance are asked to wear facial masks. Tune into Glory Radio 98.5 FM each evening at 7:30 p.m. for any updates.
