Obituary

James Williams, affectionately called "Uncle Jimmy", was born in Brooklyn, New York on October 29, 1952. He was the son of the late Rachael Foster Williams and James Crosland. He was educated in the public schools in Brooklyn, New York. In 1971, he met and married the former Carolyn Moore. Their marriage took place on December 23, 1971. He then made Bennettsville, South Carolina their home. He accepted Christ as his savior and would attend House of Deliverance For All Nations in Bennettsville. He was once employed at Perdue Farms in Rockingham, North Carolina where he was a custodian. On November 17, 2022 while in Cheraw, South Carolina, James Williams departed this life. He leaves to cherish his memories, but not limited to: his wife, Carolyn Moore Williams; his sons, Andre' McRae (Lisa) and James Rondell Williams; his daughters, Pastor Michele Chapman(Perry) and Lillian Thomas; along with siblings, other close relatives and friends who will miss him. Service will be held Wednesday, November 23, 2022- 2:00 pm. at House of Deliverance For All Nations - 106 Jennings Street -Bennettsville, SC 29512 with burial in Ideal Cemetery. Everyone in attendance is asked to wear face mask and exercise social distancing.
