Dwayne Moore was born in Bennettsville, South Carolina on August 25, 1967. He was the son of Annie Rose Moore Ford and the late James Edward Pate. Dwayne accepted Christ early in life and was a member of Smyrna United Methodist Church since the age of 12 years old. He was educated in the public school system of Marlboro County, South Carolina. He graduated from the McColl High School in the Class of 1985. Most of his life he was employed at various industrial plants mainly in Richmond County, North Carolina. He would often achieve the position of Supervisor. On November 15, 2022 while at the McLeod Regional Medical Center of the Pee Dee in Florence, South Carolina. Dwayne Moore responded to the Master's call from labor to reward. He leaves to cherish his memories, but not limited to: his wife, Mary Emma Jean Covington Moore; his sons, Brynton Moore and Elijah Brigman; his daughter, Kayla Moore; his loving mother, Annie Rose Ford (Charles); his sister, Jacqueline Covington (Larry); along with other close relatives and friends who will miss him. Memorial service will be held Saturday, November 19, 2022- 12 Noon at Smyrna United Methodist Church at 882 Burnt Factory Road in Bennettsville, SC 29512.
