De'Rio Farraquan James Briggs

De'Rio Farraquan James Briggs, 30, was born on August 13, 1991. He was the son of Linda Briggs and the late Jimmie Briggs. His birth took place in Bennettsville, South Carolina. He was the youngest child born to his parents. After graduating from Marlboro County High School, he attended the University of South Carolina in Columbia, SC. There he received his Bachelors of Science Degree in Computer Science. He was also preceded in death by his brother, Louis Bostic. On Wednesday, April 6, 2022, while at his home in Atlanta, Georgia, De'Rio passed away. He leaves to cherish his memories, but not limited to: his mother, Linda Briggs, his fiancee', Jessica Green; his daughter, Kezia Briggs; five brothers, Jimmie Briggs (Tonya), Port St. Lucie, FL; Tracy Briggs (Ebonee), Port St. Lucie, FL; Stacy Briggs (Rashawnda), Ft. Pierce, FL; Travis Briggs (Monique), Moyock, NC; Joshua Briggs (Tonda), Florence, SC; two sisters, Yikimya McLaughlin (Michael), Maxton, NC and Christy Carroll (Joseph), Winterville, NC; along with other close relatives and friends who will miss him dearly.
