Chambers McLaughlin was born in Maxton, North Carolina located in Robeson County. He was the son of the late Rosa McLaughlin. He was also preceded in death by his brother, Nathaniel McLaughlin. His birth took place on November 7, 1934. He was a hard working individual and was once employed for the Town of Clio in the Sanitation Department in Clio, South Carolina. Chambers accepted Christ as his Savior early in life and would attend New Zion AME Zion Church in Dillon County, SC for his spiritual enrichment. He really enjoyed visiting family and friends. On October 13, 2022 while at the McLeod-Health Cheraw Hospital located in Cheraw, SC. Chambers McLaughlin departed this earthly life. He leaves to cherish his precious memories, but not limited to: his dedicated cousin, John Liles, Clio, SC; along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other close relatives and friends who will miss him dearly.
