Bobby Lee Purvis affectionately called "Fye2" was born in Bennettsville, South Carolina. His birth took place on May 26, 1957. He was born the son of the late Rea Ethel Purvis and Calvin Coolidge. For his educational training he attended the public schools in Marlboro County, South Carolina. "Fye2" would attend the House of Deliverance For All Nations for his spiritual enrichment under the leadership of his brother and sister-in-law, Bishop Robert Purvis and Prophetess Magalene T. Purvis. Bobby was a friendly person and he enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He also worked at Bunch's Nursery for more than 20 years in Bennettsville. On February 26, 2023 while at the McLeod Regional Medical Center of the Pee Dee in Florence, South Carolina, Bobby Lee Purvis departed this life and responded to the Master's call from labor to reward. He leaves to cherish his memories, but not limited to: his daughter, Jewella Thomas (Derek); his granddaughter, Atiyah Hollyfield; his step-grandson, Derek Thomas; his brother, Bishop Robert Purvis (Prophetess Magalene); his sister, Linda P. A celebration of life will be held Friday, March 3, 2023- 2:00 p.m. at House of Deliverance For All Nations - 106 Jennings Street- Bennettsville, SC 29512 with internment at Word of Life Memorial Gardens -Beauty Spot Road - Bennettsville, SC 29512.
