About Us
Quick's Funeral Home is a third generation family owned establishment.
It was founded in 1938 by Mr. Samuel M. Quick. He along with his wife, Mrs. Verlie B. Quick served the Marlboro County Community until their deaths in 1971 and 1974 respectively.
Upon her death, ownership was passed on to their son, Mr. Thomas E. Quick, Sr. Along with his wife, Mrs Johnsie M. Quick,they continued to provide both sincere and competent services to the community.
After the death of Mr. Thomas Quick, Sr. in 1999, Mrs Johnsie Quick along with their son, Dr Toris T. Quick continued to operate Quick's Funeral Home until her passing in 2010. Dr. Quick continues to serve the community with dignity and respect which has been a hallmark of their service throughout the past 3 generations.
We here at Quicks Funeral offer a variety of dignified services to accommodate any budget. We will work to assist our families that may be experiencing a financial hardship with options to cover expenses of their loved ones.
